Oil & Gas Exploration & Production
Azimuth Energy Corp. is an independent oil and natural gas exploration, development, and production company which concentrates on acquiring and developing underdeveloped and undervalued oil and gas properties.
The Company currently owns two natural gas fields (22,439 acres) in the Barnett Shale Field of Texas, the largest producing natural gas field in the United States. Azimuth’s management team has been active in the oil and gas industry for
40 years having actively operated in Louisiana, Texas, the Rockies, Appalachia and Internationally.
Offshore Power Generation
Coastal Point LLC is a renewable power company founded to develop offshore wind farms to produce and deliver clean, emission-free electricity to the coastal regions of the United States. Coastal Point Energy holds 85,442 acres of offshore wind leases located 8.5 - 10 miles offshore in Texas territorial waters and has identified and begun development work on five wind farm locations. Together, the five projects, which will be developed over the next 5-10 years, will have a total power generation capacity of 2,100 megawatts. In the future, the Company plans to pursue additional projects in other coastal regions in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Offshore Wind - Engineering, Construction, & Installation
CPE Development LLC provides an expansive and integrated portfolio of services and capabilities to manage a client’s development of an offshore wind farm. The Company’s management team has over 50 years of experience in the design, development, fabrication, and installation of complex offshore platforms and marine vessels in the Gulf of Mexico and Internationally. Using it’s industry experience, CPE Development is capable of handling the design, engineering, procurement, construction, and installation of offshore wind farms from start to finish.
Energy-Efficient Building Solutions
Promethean Structures LLC is a new company created to use sustainable, energy-efficient building solutions to meet the demand. The Company’s primary focus is on the use and distribution of structural insulate panels (“SIPS”) to improve energy efficiency in residential and commercial construction. The Company believes that energy conservation and efficiency will be a major component of U.S. energy security in the coming decades.
